Delivery

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory.

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and under normal circumstances, deliveries will take approximately 3-9 business days for Canada, 6-12 business days for United States and will take approximately 4-6 weeks anywhere outside of North America.

For local pickup
For customers living in Toronto, Ontario in Canada, we offer local pickup in Richmond Hill, North York, Scarborough and Markham areas. When you are at the check out page, simply "Place an order" at the end of the check out, although you will be redirected to PayPal but you do not have to pay at that moment. You can pay when you pickup your order(s) during a schedule pickup.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects since the boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
